Creo and Windchill performance intelligence: find slow models, detect regressions, and benchmark the fleet.
Analytics is the performance intelligence layer for Creo and Windchill. It captures model, assembly, system, and environment metrics over time so teams can identify slow models, detect regressions, and understand why large assemblies are hard to work with.
Analytics is not a design workflow like Piping or Cabling. Think of it as monitoring and diagnostics: capture trusted metrics, diagnose issues, benchmark across the fleet, detect regressions, and report trends.
What it includes
Model performance library — load time, regeneration time, file size, RAM, and feature count, with health and freshness at a glance.
Org dashboard and benchmarking — worst offenders, fleet-wide trends, and percentile comparisons.
Compare, correlate, and attribute — compare models or Creo versions, correlate performance with topology, and separate model problems from workstation or environment issues.
Analytics produces dashboards and alerts. Reporting produces engineering documents and extracts — they are separate products.
