AutoAssemble Files

CSV, Excel, JSON, and schematic file formats AutoAssemble reads when assembling models in Creo.

AutoAssemble reads a spreadsheet, JSON, or schematic file and places the models listed in it. Run the command with Assemble from a File (Creo Auto Assemble). Worked jobs are on AutoAssemble Examples.

Which file to use

Extension	Dialog group	Mode
.csv / .xlsx	Auto Assemble File	Tree builder (`LEVEL` + `TYPE`) or mate into the current assembly (`MODEL_NAME` plus optional CSYS, interface, and mate-to columns).
.json	Auto Assemble File	Flat list only. CSYS via `model_csys` / `mating_csys`. No LEVEL tree. No mate-to component or port.
.xml	Routing File	Creo Schematics `rsData` only.
.nwf	Routing File	Neutral Wire Format — same schematic path as XML.
