Automate

Automate is the flagship tier of the CadActive platform. It replaces repetitive, click-heavy modeling and documentation with data-driven automation.

Use Automate when standards exist, but engineers still spend too much time assembling models, placing geometry, and building documentation by hand.

What it includes

• AutoAssemble — build assembly model trees from an input file, place parts and connectors in bulk, and generate assembly BOMs.

• Model Builder — create parts, assemblies, and drawings from organization parameters and a predefined name formula.

• Skeleton models and copy geometry — automatically create and group Advanced Assembly features so large-assembly best practices are applied without building each feature by hand.

• Annotation automation — apply notes and drawing annotations from the standards you already maintain.

Automate uses the shared data from Synchronize and the templates from Standardize. Module automation (for example piping or cabling auto-routing) is licensed separately with that module.
