Standardize

Standardize is the mid tier of the CadActive platform. It helps teams create data-rich models, templates, and downstream deliverables so design intent stays consistent across the organization.

Use Standardize when configurations are in place, but library data, parameters, and templates still vary from model to model.

What it includes

• Model templates — detect missing data and apply organization standards to parts, assemblies, and drawings, including models already built.

• Component parameter management — define and apply standard parameters via templates or parameter profiles.

• Geometry Publisher — publish independent local geometry references and identify mating interfaces in library models.

• Note Builder — maintain a shared database of standard notes and annotations to reuse across models.

• Simplified representations and related model-view standards.

Standardize builds on Synchronize. Automate uses these templates and standards to generate models instead of applying them by hand.
