Standardize
Put conventions into the model — structure, data, notes, identifiers — and catch what is missing before the model leaves CAD.
Standardize puts conventions into the model once — structure, data, notes, and identifiers — so the next person inherits a complete deliverable instead of reconstructing intent by hand.
Use Standardize when Creo already launches into the right environment, but library data, parameters, notes, and identifiers still vary from model to model.
What it includes
Model templates — detect missing data and apply organization standards to parts, assemblies, and drawings, including models already built. See Model Templates.
Model Builder — supercharged File → New: create a part, assembly, or drawing from a model template so it is on-standard from birth.
Parameter Management — organization catalog of Creo parameters and the profiles that bundle them for templates and reports. See Parameter Management.
Notes — a shared database of standard notes and annotations (Note Builder) to reuse across models and drawings. See Note Management.
Geometry Publisher — declare reusable interfaces on library models so downstream assemblies can consume them without rebuilding references by hand. See Geometry Publisher.
Checking — see what is missing before the model leaves CAD (template gaps, checklists, ModelCHECK). Completeness, not design quality.
Designator — name and identify components consistently in the model (individually, in bulk, or from a CSV), including compound designations across assembly levels. See Designator.
Annotation Manager — tag existing annotations on a model or drawing for inventory and the Tagged Annotation Report. See Annotation Manager.
Standardize is conventions in the model. How Creo launches is Synchronize. Generating an assembly from a data file is AutoAssemble. Geometry Copier consumes what Publisher declares.
