Synchronize

Synchronize is how Creo launches. CAD admins run configs, startups, and licenses from one place so each seat starts in the assigned environment instead of a leftover local setup.
Use Synchronize when Creo environments drift across users, projects, or sites — “it works on my machine” — not when you need conventions in the model.
What it includes
Config profiles and mapkeys — create, share, and deploy Creo config settings and mapkeys. This is the shipped Synchronize tooling today: web editor, Creo Set Config Profile, and command-line download.
Startup with the profile — Set Profile writes
config.proto the organization default directory (or session-only) and can injectcreotkdatso CadActive Toolkit apps keep loading.
A Synchronize license is required to use these tools. Dedicated license-management commands in Creo are not shipped yet.
Synchronize does not put standards into the model. That is Standardize (templates, notes, identifiers, Designator). Automate generates assemblies and deliverables from design data.
