Getting Started
Your first week on CadActive: sign in, invite your team, download and install the Creo client, and connect Creo to your organization.
CadActive creates your organization for you. After that, an organization admin (usually the owner) signs in and walks through the first-week path below. You do not create the organization yourself, and you do not buy extra seats from inside the product — ask CadActive if you need more seats.
Who should do this
Organization admins see the Organization area in the web app and the Manage Users card on the dashboard. Everyone in the organization can download the Creo client and create a Creo license token.
First-week path
CadActive provisions your organization (name, product-tier seats, module seats, expiration, and the first admin).
The admin signs in at app.cadactive.com and lands on the dashboard.
Invite your team and assign roles plus module access. See Users, roles, and invites.
Download the Creo client that matches your Creo datecode from the dashboard Download Plugin card (or Organization → Client Downloads).
Install the Creo client on each Creo workstation.
Each Creo user creates a Creo license token from the dashboard so the client can sign in.
Optional: turn on single sign-on. See Set up single sign-on under Organization Management.
