Install the CadActive Creo plugin
Download the CadActive plugin that matches your Creo datecode and connect it with a Creo license token.
The CadActive desktop client is a Creo Parametric plugin. Download the zip that matches your Creo datecode (for example 11.0.2.0), not just “Creo 11.”
Before you start
You are signed in to the CadActive web app.
You know the Creo datecode on the workstation (Help → About in Creo, or ask your CAD admin).
Creo itself is already installed. If Creo will not launch, start with the PTC Support install and FlexNet articles instead.
Download the plugin
In the web app, open Download Plugin on the dashboard, or go to Organization → Client Downloads (admins).
Find the row for your Creo datecode. Use the latest production CadActive version unless CadActive has asked you to validate a staging build.
Select Download. The site gives you a short-lived download link — save the zip and install it on the Creo workstation.
Staging builds appear only if CadActive has enabled them for your organization. Most customers should stay on production.

Connect Creo to your organization
On the dashboard, open Creo License Token. This creates a session token the plugin uses to authenticate.
Start Creo and follow the CadActive sign-in prompt so the plugin can use that token.
Confirm CadActive menus or commands appear for the modules you are licensed to use.
If something goes wrong
Wrong Creo datecode — download the zip that matches the workstation, then reinstall.
Plugin installs but will not sign in — create a fresh Creo license token from the dashboard and try again.
Creo itself fails to start — that is a PTC/FlexNet issue, not the CadActive plugin. See PTC Support.
Creo Schematics installers are not in this catalog today. CadActive for Creo Parametric is what you download here.
