Sign in and join your organization

You join CadActive through the organization CadActive already created. There is no self-serve “create organization” step.

If you are the first admin

1. Use the welcome email from CadActive, or go to app.cadactive.com.

2. Sign in with the email CadActive registered as owner or admin.

3. You should land on the dashboard. If you are an admin, you will see Manage Users and the Organization menu.

If you were invited

1. Open the invite email and follow the link.

2. If you are new to CadActive, set your name and password. Your email is locked to the invite.

3. If you already have a CadActive account, sign in as that user first, then accept.

4. After you accept, you become a member of that organization with the role and modules the admin assigned.

If your company uses SSO

Enter your work email on the sign-in page. If your domain is verified and SSO is enabled, CadActive redirects you to Google, Microsoft, or your SAML provider. Pending invites for that email are accepted automatically after the first successful SSO sign-in — you may never see the invite page.

If sign-in loops back to a password form, your domain may still be set to password-only, or DNS verification is not finished. Ask an organization admin or CadActive support. See Set up single sign-on.

One organization per person

A CadActive user can belong to only one organization. If you already belong to an org, a new invite for that email will be rejected. Contact support if you were invited to the wrong tenant.
