CadActive Skeletons Settings

There are some application settings that CadActive Skeletons uses when it creates features. You can view these both in Creo and in the web application app.cadactive.com, but can only edit them in the web application. They are:

CadActive Setting	Description	Setting Value Options
Publisher - Create Publish Geometry Features	When True: This creates one publish geometry per selected geometry item. When False: This groups all of the selected items into one publish geometry feature	[Boolean] True, False
Copier - Create Copy Geometry Features	When True: AutoInterface will create copy geometry features for every published item found. When False: AutoInterface will create independent datum features per item found instead.	[Boolean] True, False
Copier - Reference Method for Copy Geometry Features	Force Published Geometries: Only allow the Copier to use proper Publish Geometry Features. Use Published Geometries: Attempt to use the Publish Geometry Feature - if it can't be found, fall back to use the original geometry. Reference Original Geometry: Do not use Publish Geometry Features when creating a copy, use the original geometry instead.	[Picklist] Force Publish Geometries Use Published Geometries Use Original Geometries
Publish Geometry Label	The label for all Publish Geometry features created	[String]
Copy Geometry Label	The label for all Copy Geometry features created	[String]

Feature Name Delimiter	The delimiter used when generating feature names	[String]

View Settings in Creo

Within Creo, you can only view settings the Geometry Publisher is using. In the CadActive ribbon, select the CadActive dropdown menu under the "About" button and select "Settings". Once the Settings window opens, navigate to the "skeletons" tab.

In addition, there are a few settings that are located in the "general" tab as well (shown below).

Modify and/or View Settings in Web App

To view or modify these settings in the Web Application, navigate to app.cadactive.com and select the Standardize in the left hand size and the settings icon (shown below).

You will see the same settings that were shown in the Creo Parametric settings window, except now they can be changed (assuming you have the necessary privileges).

If you navigate to the Synchronize tab, you will see the corresponding settings as well.
