Getting Started with an Invitation to CadActive
When you are invited to be a CadActive user, you will receive an email message which looks like the following:
Your intended role as admin, collaborator, or user is indicated in the body of the email.
By selecting “Accept Invite”, you will be directed to the CadActive registration page where you will create your account. As with the invitation email message, the registration page for an invited user shows who invited you, the organization, and your planned role. In the example below, New User invited User Third to be a collaborator within the MyOrg organization.
Fill in your first and last names and create a password. The phone number field is optional, but will be useful if we need to call you to provide technical support. The email field will already be filled in with your email address to which the invitation was sent.
Note that your email address is the unique identifier for your account and will be used for login going forward.
If you try to access the login page directly without verifying your email address, you will be directed to the email verification page of the web portal. Once you have verified your email address by clicking the verification link in the invitation email, you will be able to proceed as a CadActive user.
The first page reached after login is your dashboard. This page is your starting point within CadActive. It lists and tracks tutorials which you can take to learn about CadActive tools. Recent release notes are also shown on this page.
