In order to connect to CadActive and to keep the application up-to-date, there are a few URLs that need to be allowed through a firewall:
APP Domain: https://app.cadactive.com
API Domain: https://api.cadactive.com
Creo App Updates: https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/cadactive-cadapi/creo/
