Configuring Language Settings

Modified on Wed, 31 Jan at 11:46 AM

In different regions of the world, a computer's language settings can play a big part is mismatches in configuration settings - particularly with list separators in CSV files (semicolons vs. commas). To ensure your configurations are correct, follow the below steps.

In the Start menu, type and select "region settings".

In the top right corner, select "Additional date, time, & regional settings".

Select "Change date, time, or number formats" under Region.

In the pop-up window, select "Additional Settings..."

Under the list separator, make sure that is a comma.
