Reporting
Shared report engine for standard, module-specific, and configurable engineering reports.
Reporting is the shared reporting layer for extracting, formatting, and delivering engineering data. It is not a Synchronize / Standardize / Automate workflow on its own. Reports can come from a Creo model, from CadActive catalogs and databases, or from scheduled/API delivery.
What it includes
Standard reports — ready-to-use model outputs such as parameters, dimensions, GD&T, notes, surface finishes, drawing tables, and material take-off.
Module reports — domain reports that ship with Piping, Cabling, Framework, and other modules, run through the same reporting experience.
Configurable reports — user-defined columns, filters, grouping, and custom Excel templates.
The Reporting module owns the engine, configurable reports, and delivery (interactive, batch, Auto Export, and future scheduled/API runs). Each discipline module owns its own report definitions.
Reporting produces documents and extracts. Analytics produces performance dashboards and trends — they are separate products.
