Standard reports

Shipped CadActive reports you can run from Generate a Report or the command line.

Standard reports are the built-in Reporting reports. Run them in Creo with Generate a Report, or from the command line with -ACTION=RUN_REPORT.

This index is only the Reporting library. Piping, Cabling, and Standardize also register reports in the same picker — those stay on their product pages. Organization-specific reports (for example Panasonic or Merrick) are not documented here.

How to run them

Output location and format follow Settings for Reporting.

Each report has its own page. The picker only shows reports that match the current model.

Model Feature Report

Part or assembly

Named feature counts and how widely each name is used.

Model Dimension Report

Any

Dimensions, display overrides, tolerances, and note text.

Model GDT Report

Any

Geometric tolerances (GTOLs) on the model and unique assembly children.

Model Notes Report

Any

3D notes on the model and unique assembly children.

Model Surface Finishes Report

Part or assembly

Surface-finish annotations and values.

Model Combined State Annotations Report

Part or assembly

Which annotations are shown or hidden in each combined state.

Mass - Center of Gravity Report

Assembly

Per-component path, designation, local and assembly CG, and transform.

Drawing Table Report

Drawing

Each drawing table as its own text or CSV file.

Not in this library

  • Model Symbols Report is not available in the picker.

  • Piping reports (pipeline bend, length, weld, catalog) — Piping.

  • Cabling reports (cable locations and related) — Cabling.

  • Standardize reports (parameters, layers, orientations, simplified reps, templates, published geometry, designations) — Standardize.

  • Customer-only reports that live with Standardize are not listed here.

  • Hardware and Analytics are separate products.
