Model Layer Report

Export layer names, display status, and item counts from the current Creo model.

The Model Layer Report inventories Creo layers on the current model. Use it to see which layers are shown, blanked, hidden, or isolated, and how many items each layer holds.

When to run it

Run it when you are checking layer standards, comparing models, or documenting display state. Valid on any current model. Assemblies include unique child models.

Generate a Report — pick Model Layer Report.

Auto Export

Check this report in Auto Export, then Run Exports. See Auto Export.

Web

No web catalog.

Default file type is Excel (.xlsx); CSV is accepted. Location and format follow Settings for Reporting.

Creo model that owns the layer.

NAME

Layer name.

ID

Layer id.

STATUS

Display status: Shown, Isolated, Blanked, or Hidden.

N_LAYER_ITEMS

Number of items on the layer.

N_UNSUPPORTED_ITEMS

Number of items CadActive could not classify.
