Connector Manager
How to prepare Creo connector parts for Cabling: designations, entry-port CSYS, and catalog alignment.
Connector Manager is the Cabling ribbon command for configuring cabling connector parts. Command help: Configure Cabling Connector parts for designs.
You need a Cabling license and a model open. The ribbon command is registered, but it does not open a manager dialog today. Use the modeling conventions below with Designator, AutoAssemble, and Cabling Auto Routing.

Entry ports vs Auto Routing mapping
If the schematic pin or entry name does not match the CSYS on the Creo part, provide an entry-mapping CSV. Headers: DESIGNATION, ENTRY, NEW_DESIGNATION, NEW_ENTRY. Details stay on Cabling Auto Routing Files. Default file name in the working directory: cadactive_entry_mapping.csv.
Where connectors are placed
Place designated connectors from schematic data with AutoAssemble (Routing File
.xml/.nwf, or a spreadsheet with designation columns).Route wires onto those connectors with Cabling Auto Routing.
